Refund Policy
Twicsy provides 100% top-notch services to its customers in the UK. However, once in a blue moon if we fail to deliver promised services the customers are obliged to request a complete refund.
Here is some information which needs to be considered while asking for a refund:
Eligibility For Refund
You become eligible for a refund when:
- We fail to deliver your order within 72 hours and our customer support doesn’t reach you out within these hours.
- Our services become nonfunctional to deliver your services due to an upgrade in the applications (instagram, twitter, tiktok and facebook)
- If your order is in progress and you plan to cancel the order you won’t get the refund. You must show patience to let the order complete.
- If your services get partially delivered, you will get a partial refund.
Cancellation of Refund
Following are the situations which can cancel your refund:
- You have changed your username and are facing a drop in your metrics. We are not responsible for this and we will cancel your refund.
- You have experienced a drop in your likes, views, comments, followers due to an update in the social media application.
- You are not eligible for asking for a refund if you feel undesirable with our services after 30 days of your purchase.
Refill Policy
Twicsy will provide you a refill within 30 days of your purchase with us. We are working day and night to improve our services but if you still experience a drop in your bought social media metric without an update in application you can request for a refill. However, you cannot ask for a refill after 30 days of your purchase with twicsy.
Process of Refund
If you want a refund from twicsy contact our chat support system and simply request for a refund. Our team will process your refund request in 3 to 5 business days and will inform you within these days about confirmation or cancellation of your refund. If confirmed, then we will process and return your payment in the next 5 to 7 days depending on the amount you have spent.
Please be patient and let the process carry on seamlessly and incessantly within the time provided.
